Brian Gove graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Bachelor Science Degree in Marine Transportation and a US Coast Guard license as Third Mate Oceans Unlimited. Brian Gove sailed in the US Merchant Marine on tankers and cargo ships for 2 years and later served 20+ years in US Coast Guard in various capacities including Federal On Scene Coordinator (FOSC) Representative for numerous oil spill responses and vessel groundings/salvage operations. In addition, Brian's work experience includes working as the Fleet Superintendent for Carnival Cruise Line out of Miami, Florida, USA. Brian served in the Operations Department as a Duty Manager/Technical Advisor and the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Department as an HSEQ Advisor for Clean Caribbean & Americas and Oil Spill Response Limited based out of Fort Lauderdale Florida USA since July 2012.
